A country house in London
I fell in love with the garden but the house was an eyesore. I knew that by changing the windows it would be transformed. I added a huge kitchen extension and having not been touched since the 1970s I set about ripping out the avocado bathroom suites and the shag pile carpet. The result was a contemporary yet comfortable space for living and entertaining. A taste of the countryside in a busy city.
